Am i alright or just being paranoid?

hi i am 17 weeks pregnant and having pains which ino can be normal with the baby growing, when i went to the toilet i thought i noticed the most smallest specs of what i thought was blood, when i wiped again to double check there was nothing, im not sure if my minds playing games with me or if this is the start of someting bad? any help?
