What can i do? please help im going crazy.?

i am in love with this guy and have been for a long time(1 year),its really bad but cause i told him ages ago but couldnt care, everyone knoes i am in love wif him, and people keep telling him, but like we are close mates and when we see eachother, we hug but i want more. what can i do?
