Drama at school help!!!?

well hello on Friday 1-23-09 i had drama issues that supposedly i started but i don't think i did it all i said to my friend who loves to get in people's problems and loves drama her name is well lets just say Kayla i told her that my friend martha didnt want to be my friend for some reason and i got mad so i told kayla and i told her that martha be talking about kayla and my other friend gina but i was gonna tell her not in a bad way but she already thought it was bad and she wanted drama but what i really meant to say is that martha didn't know if she should be kayla or gina friend so then kayla wait for the perfect time to tell martha and gina what i said which was friday and then during science kayla comes to me with gina and martha and kayla just starts screaming at me saying why u being a 2 faced lier and am like what do u mean and she's like i told maritza what u said and she said u lying and i knew i was but kayla didnt let me tell her what martha really said so since i am scared of her i just say okay sorry and took the blame and admitted to them that i started drama which i dont think i dont think i did but then during gym kayla comes up to me and said are u sad and am like well yea cause i was shaking and scared and she like well do u want to be are friend again and am like well yea but why bother and then the counslier comes and calls me and kayla down and am like are we in trouble and shes like no i just want u guys to join a group am making its about how to control are anger and stress so we said okay and then the counslier said are u okay and am like yea but i wasnt cause i was shaking and scared and am like i just have the flu i said but she knew i was lying but just said okay so then kaylin starts crying to martha and gina saying omy iggie told the counslier that i started drama by the way am iggie(" and then gina comes to me and more people come to me saying why u lieing tho the counslier and am like the fricking counslier jsut told us to join a damn group kayla is such a liar and then some of them belived me but not all so then i walk out of gym and like wanted to cry but i didnt so then i talk to the security guard and tell about what happen and stuff and then she's like ill talk to kayla dont worry and then yesturday i got a email form martha saying dont talk to me or kayla u 2 faced and she also said now kayla gotta talk to da cops but thats probally just a lie cause kayla made up that i sended and email to kayla supposenly saying that it was from martha but i nerver sent nothing so see i tell u kayla loves drama now am scafred to go to school tommorow): help please any advice!!!!
