Katrina, Negligence or Natural Disaster?

I too was greatly effected by Katrina...I live where it came ashore...the eye wall went over us...I feel Katrina was a result of the global warming...I have met it first hand...and in a way that is all of our responsibilities...but most definitely when the levees broke over in New Orleans, that was man's fault...for many years it was known the levees were in disrepair...who's fault that is I can't say...maybe local and federal government, I will not say...but what we have gone through after the storm is all suffered at the hands of man...most people are trying to get their life back together and are not just lounging with the hand out but to do this we really need someone to help us and that help has been sporadic at best...it is so complicated I just won't go into it all...but it is a mess...and McCain looks better by the day doesn't he? Did he just wake up and start campaigning this last week? lol...take care...
