Serious question am I too big for my new pony?

I just got a beautiful buckskin section A welsh pony. I didnt expect her to be only 11.1"hh. I am 5"4 115lbs. I just feel so big on her, and I am so paranoid about hurting her legs and laming her. So much so that I almost feel I made a mistake. I'd never forgive myself if I lame her. I know ponies are strong, but she's one of those petite well defined welsh ponies. She looks more like a tiny horse. Can she carry my ok? And what about my family? How much weight can she safely carry? I feel worried to go anywhere with her, trails, feild, anywhere I think her feet will hurt. How do I know if she's having a hard time? I'm just worried i'm going to hurt her. She's too stinkin cute to be lamed. Thanks
