What it the best way to lern CS3 (dreamweaver, photoshop...) to bould my website???

Ok I just got CS3 and I want to improve my website a href="http://www.colombianhands.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.colombianhands.com/a becasue I used a template and I do nto like it that much. So where can I learn how to use all the tools that come with CS3 so I can build my site... Please any ideas are welcome...
