Problem removing smegma, need help pleaase?

Im nervous about fully retracting my foreskin incase it gets stuck behind the corona of my glans, i can retract it to just before the corona, and i can see a small amount of smegma there. I had a bath and removed the rest that had built up, but didnt manage to remove the bit just before my corona (my glans is hypersensitive, im working on gradually reducing the sensitivity) , so i cant rub it off and im scared to fully retract incase i get stuck, please help, what should i do?
