I'm interested in Koreans and their culture?

I'm a Chinese Anerican living in USA now working on my college degree, 19 years old, male. I have light skin. I may move to Seoul, Korea once I get my college degree. I speak Chinese and plan on learning Korean soon. I heard that cost of living in Seoul is really high, is that true? Will someone with a college degree find it expensive to live there as well? Can I get a decent job? Most important question of all: Are Koreans generally nice to Chinese Americans? I look exactly like a Korean lol
