Excel: can I create a formula that recognizes info on one sheet and copies similar info onto another worksheet?

In a workbook, I have several worksheets and I need help figuring out how to solve this problem. In worksheets, week 1 - 4, I will type in an yst name and then an incident number. In another worksheet titled yst, I would like to create a formula that recognizes the yst name and incident on the week sheets and puts the incident number in the cell next to their name. Is this possible?
