Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau?

As far as I know, they all support the social contract theory. However, I also happen to know that they all differ greatly in their theories. What I manage to grasp in the pages of writings about them is that Hobbes believed that men were evil in the state of nature and Rousseau thought men to be good. Both said that society turned men the way they are now. Is that true?
