Preserved flowers for wedding?

I am helping plan my cousins wedding and we are trying to stay on a budget. I came across this website that sells preserved flowers for very cheap (30 flowers for $3.00) I know they will work fine for centerpieces but I was wondering if anyone knew if we could also use them for bouquets? They are freeze-dried if that makes any difference. I just don't want to order a bunch only to find out that they crumble when touched.
