What is your faverout american T.V. program?

I like gossip girl, being erica and desperate housewives but DH is on its 7th series and the characters are like 50 so I'm getting a bit bored. If I stop watching it though, I'll have one less program to watch and get really bored. It may sound trivial but if you can think of any programs that may be like the others I tend to watch I'd appreciate it.
