AHHHHH HELPP! How do I save a facebook video to my computer!?

I had the cutest video of my little boy so I posted it on facebook last week. But today when I looked for it on my computer I just CANT find it! Is there anyway to save a video to your computer from facebook? If not is there anyway to retrieve it from my computer? (Windows Vista. sucks i know!) lol
