Egg Drop Lab (Eggstronaut) Help!?

How would you create a structure for an egg that would not allow the egg to crack after being dropped off the back of high bleachers? Materials are limited to 10 craft sticks, 10 rubber bands, 10 cotton , 3 meters of tape, 2 plastic bags, and, of course, the egg. Help, please!
