I had a boyfriend and girlfriend living together?

There power got cut off.They moved there stuff out.She moved in with someone and he went to jail.She is still around and thinks she has rights to the trailer.the lease is in his name.Does she have any rights?I beleave not.Also wouldnt that fall under abandonment.
