Is this too many piercings?

It depends on the individual really because lots suit some peoplebut look bad on others... Get the second lobe done then get a pen or magnetic earrings to draw on piercings or put fake ones in to see how they look :) personally I'd think that was too much but that's just me, it might look good on you :) just get the toned down ones one by one (common ones that are subtle) and ask people opinions :) x
