Politics in schools? Why are there so many issues?

It is like that anywhere high populations of women and narcissistic people are. I coach a youth sports program and I see others rig homecoming, captains, refuse coaches their sister didn't like back in grade school. It all makes we want to be a hermit. I guessed that is just the way things are. I figured I have social skills problems, because it's so disturbing to me. I hear that in bigger city's you can sometimes find a group more like yourself. You'd think people with higher educations would have more cl. I'd write an anonymous letter to the newspaper with no names. if the community gets upset, maybe those involved with be shamed into straightening up.
