Is it plausible to find a job teaching English in Mongolia without TESOL certification?

For personal and academic reasons I'd like to spend a period in Mongolia. Is it plausible to find a basic job teaching english if I have a Bachelor's degree but no TESOL or any other kind of ESL training? If so, what kind of pay should I expect? And what sort of schools would be willing to hire someone like me?
